Queen is a visual artist based in Vietnam whose work centers on emotional honesty, self-compassion, and the quiet dialogue people carry within themselves. Through vibrant portraits, symbolic compositions, and handwritten affirmations, she creates paintings that act as gentle reminders for viewers to treat themselves with kindness. Her artistic practice explores how thoughts and emotions shape the way individuals perceive their worth, their mistakes, and their growth.
Color plays a central role in Queen’s creative language. Her paintings are defined by bright palettes, layered textures, and expressive mark-making that mirror emotional energy and vulnerability. Each piece is created through an intuitive process, allowing feelings and personal reflection to guide the composition rather than strict structure. This spontaneity gives her work a deeply human quality — imperfect, honest, and emotionally resonant.
Queen’s work often combines portraiture with affirmational text, transforming the canvas into a space for reflection and encouragement. By integrating handwritten phrases within her compositions, she invites viewers to soften their inner voice and reconnect with compassion. These messages are not meant to provide definitive answers, but rather to open a moment of pause, self-acceptance, and emotional awareness.
Her academic journey has also influenced her perspective as an artist. Queen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from Moscow State Institute of Culture, which deepened her understanding of human behavior, identity, and cultural expression. Later, she expanded her artistic practice by completing an Art and Design Foundation Program at George Brown College in Toronto, further refining her visual language.
Today, Queen continues to develop her practice through exhibitions and creative collaborations. Her work has been featured in events such as Art Battle Bangkok (2026) and workshops with LOCO Craft Club in Da Nang, while her paintings are held in private collections internationally. Through her art, she seeks to create supportive spaces where vulnerability, healing, and self-kindness can quietly exist.
